Halpin Engineering & Design, LLC. was established in 2007 to provide professional civil engineering services for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental clients throughout Delaware and Maryland.

HED was founded on the desire to provide civil engineering services that are derived from sustainable designs. Development is an important variable in our society and we believe it can be done so responsibly.  Using innovative designs and integrating green technologies our designs do just that.

Our senior project managers maintain direct contact with the project team and are actively involved in each project. Each member of our team strives to find creative solutions to satisfy the special needs of every project.
